1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrekTrust Pro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TrekTrust Pro provides professional guided trekking and mountaineering services, including but not limited to:

  • Guided trekking expeditions
  • High-altitude mountaineering support
  • Safety training and consultation
  • Equipment rental and recommendations
  • Custom itinerary planning

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation
  • Full payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel trips due to safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or force majeure

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

  • Participants must be in adequate physical condition for the chosen activity
  • You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation
  • We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others
  • Travel insurance with evacuation coverage is mandatory

6. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Mountain trekking involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Altitude-related illness
  • Weather-related dangers
  • Rock fall, avalanche, and other natural hazards
  • Equipment failure
  • Wildlife encounters

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your participation.

7. Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety instructions from guides
  • Arrive with appropriate fitness level and equipment
  • Respect local customs, environment, and fellow participants
  • Maintain valid travel documents and insurance
  • Report any health concerns immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

TrekTrust Pro's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or death resulting from inherent risks
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays or changes due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control
  • Additional costs incurred due to trip modifications

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. Photography and Media

By participating in our services, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the expedition for marketing and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
